spend their time enjoying outdoor activities, even the dining venues
are outdoors on breeze-kissed terraces. Water conservation efforts
extend from the hotel to the golf course. A special reef protection
program has been designed to increase the growth rate of coral off
the waters of Half Moon Bay.
These efforts have earned the staff the coveted Green Hotel of the
Year award from American Express Travel and the Caribbean Hotel
Association for 1995, 1996 and 1997.
