Far left: The Spa at Marriott's Desert Springs is a full-service European health spa with its own private pool.

Left: Chilean Flamingos congregate in a lagoon in front of the 16th tee on the 6,761 yard Palms Course.

Below: The par 3, 162 yard, third hole is all carry and a part of the resort's entry experience.
Each of the 36 holes that comprise the Marriott's Desert Springs golf experience offers a unique challenge. The Palms Course features gently rolling terrain, lots of water, and close-up views of the sprawling resort. On the Valley Course, the eighteenth hole is considered by many to be the best finishing hole in the Coachella Valley. To finish this 403 yard, par 4, players must hit over water to the three-tiered green, guarded in front by a lake and a beautiful, but challenging, series of waterfalls.
