1. Why can't I find your web site through my search engine?

In an arena where a plethora of web sites spent tens, and sometimes hundreds, of
millions of dollars to drag viewers to their sites, we were determined to gain viewers
by virtue of the quality of our site. As the industry filtered out those with an idea,
but without real substance, we were one of the few to survive and were suprised to
find ourselves with millions of viewers, even while we were under construction.

Our new server, a high-speed NT Server that is 100% Cisco Catalyst 6500 switched
with direct connections to 14 different Internet backbones and private peering with
AOL, PSINet (via dedicated T3s) and fifty others at MAE East, and transit through
UUNET, Qwest, NetAXS, Sprint, CRL, Cable and Wireless, CAIS and Agis, supplies
us a private network and guaranteed bandwith capacity.

We have completed migration from our original server to the new servers and are
now able to handle millions of viewers. We are currently in the process of opening
our web site to the world and allowing access through all major search engines.

2. I have looked everwhere to try and find information about your stock and have not found any. Are you a public company?

GolfandTravel.com is a privately held company and has no plans to go public. We
have a long history, more than fifteen years, of supplying the highest quality in
communications, products and media services to the golf and travel industries.

3. Sometimes when I log on to your site it leaps onto my screen, at other times it creeps. What's up with that?

We have designed our site using our own technology that delivers extremely high
quality images in an expansive format. While we work best on DSL, cable or other
high speed connections, we have a faster than average load time even to those
with a 56K telephone connection.

Your connection varies due to inherent vagaries with the Internet. When you have
a slow hookup, first hit Refresh in your browser header. If that fails, retry the link.
Next, click your Stop button to access another link through your Internet Service
Provider. All links through individual service providers are not created equal, nor
are all service providers.

Server overloads and high traffic periods can cause your browser to slow. The best
defense is current equipment and a fast connection. If the problem continues, first
address your own system. If all is in order, contact your Internet Service Provider.
If the problem continues after several visits to our site, and they are unique to the
GolfandTravel.com site, contact us at Support@GolfandTravel.com.
