Elements of the Silverleaf course have been carefully positioned to capture dramatic vistas of the valley below, the McDowell Mountain peaks and passes above and the tranquil essence of the Sonoran Desert. Multiple tee placements, ranging from 5,199-yards at the forward tees to 7,267-yards at the championship tees, assure a challenge appropriate for golfers at all levels of play. The real challenge here may be to avoid being captivated by the natural charms of the surrounding terrain.
						Silverleaf will be a community of remarkable beauty– its desert landscape nestled within North Scottsdale's McDowell Mountains. The community will have three distinct neighborhoods: The Parks, Upper Canyon and Horseshoe Canyon. The Parks will feature intimate parkside homes ranging from 2,600 to more than 5,000 sq.ft. as well as custom homes in an area bordering the 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th and 10th holes and featuring natural desert washes, conservation areas and 7 parks. The Upper Canyon offers large estate homesites that range in size from 1.1 acres to more than 30 acres.
