The club serves as the centerpiece for the planned country club community of Twin Creeks. Situated in the prestigious Cedar Park area, the community is being developed by Crescent Resources, LLC, a management and real estate development company formed more than 30 years ago by Duke Energy. The Twin Creeks community is designed as a sanctuary-like enclave, with approximately 1,000 finely crafted residences scheduled to be built within its spacious boundaries. 	Couples" masterful touch in designing the course was aided by the Schmidt-Curley Golf Design team. The 7033-yard, par 72 expanse offers an exceptional golf experience for players at any skill level. Sweeping fairways meander along ravines and reveal views of the Texas Country. Course encompasses a oak and pecan tree-laden expanse punctuated by the club's namesake: two winding, limestone-etched creeks. These effervescent waterways actually traverse the course many times, enhancing the overall golf experience with stream crossings and natural water elements alongside the fairways and greens. Thirteen of the holes feature natural creek beds requiring golfers to cross no fewer than 22 bridges during a single round of play. Additionally, Twin Creeks offers a 10-acre driving range and practice area.

	The championship golf at Twin Creeks will be matched by the club's complement of top-flight amenities. To help ensure the degree of exclusivity that characterizes the club, a limit of 500 equity and invitational memberships has been set.
